How can someone know if a COOLMIX item is available, on backorder or sold out?
Whether an item is available for shipment or on backorder, it can be selected and added to your cart. If the item is on backorder, it will state an approximate item ship date on the product page. If the item is in stock and it will ship immediately (within 1-5 business days). Please note that backordered item(s) are billed at the time of checkout.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also have a PayPal option. We do not accept prepaid debit or gift cards.
Can I change an order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change an order after it's been placed. If you made a mistake in ordering, or have changed your mind, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will try to cancel the order and refund you before shipment. But we cannot guarantee a cancellation if the product is already processed. Please see our return policy.
Can I use multiple coupon codes on one order?
Unfortunately, only one coupon code can be applied to an order at a time. This also includes the coupon codes earned through any Coolmix referral program. Shipping to the continental US and its territories including Alaska and Hawaii is a flat fee of $5.00 on purchases below $49.00. Shipping on purchases over $49.00 is free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, order can be shipped to most countries internationally on our COOLMIX branded products. Currently, Alexandre De Paris hair accessories can only be shipped within the continental US and its territories. Be guided by our Merchant Partners domestic and international shipping terms and locations around the globe.

What's your return policy?
Merchandise purchased must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached, must be returned within 30 days of the ship date found on the packing list. Please include the Return Form to ensure timely processing. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns. There will be restocking fee of $5.00. Please follow the return instructions. We will refund your original form of payment (excluding shipping charges and restocking fee) when we receive the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Are there any items that can't be returned or cancelled?
1) Items purchased at 50% off or more are final sale. Additional discounting can't be added retroactively after purchase.
2) Pre ordered Hand Crafted Hair Accessories cannot be cancelled.
3) Items labeled as “Luxury” products.
4) Special Order items.
What’s your exchange policy?
No refund only exchanges with original receipt within one week of delivery on all hand crafted hair accessories except hair brushes which cannot be exchanged. Store credit are good for 90 days. If you would like a replacement item, you follow our return instructions and reorder directly through our website as a separate transaction. We will refund your original form of payment (excluding shipping charges) when we receive the return.
How do I wash COOLMIX products?
We recommend machine washing cold and tumbling dry low with like colors.
Will my COOLMIX garments shrink in the wash?
All of our garments are pre-washed. Shrinking should be minimal, if noticeable at all.
